Everything's assembled, tight, and turns smoothly. The tool is a close fit
to the spindle,
and the holder allows for a range of adjustment. The only weak point is that
the bearings
aren't designed for thrust. But they're cheap and common enough that if they
start
to wear out, they can be replaced quickly and easily, and for only a few
bucks.
