Sliding the new spindle into place with the cover on, shows how the old
setscrew hole for the tool holder, now becomes an access hole to reach
the tool-retaining screw for the spindle. I'll replace the big square-end
setscrew with a smaller plug later, to keep chips and whatnot out.
