Done! Assembled, cylinder gap checked, and dry-cycled. Everything works
perfectly, the gap is a very consistent, though slightly smaller than intended .0015",
and save for the lack of a caliber designation on the barrel, looks factory-stock.

Again, a disclaimer: I am not a gunsmith, and was not paid for this mod.
It was, at the time it was done, perfectly legal to do the work I did.
