Moving on to other odd threads, the Govnair's fill nipple is
different as well: The hex is quite a bit larger than a conventional
fill nipple, and metric as well. I suspect it's a straight thread under there, sealed with an O-ring under that washer,
but I haven't popped it off yet. I'd been warned that some Govnairs came with an oddball early "drybreak"
type fill nipple, but I could see that wasn't the case even in the original eBay photos.
