This is the "One Shot Lube" assembly.
It's a small reservoir of way oil with a small built in hand pump. When used, it sends oil through the various fittings,
into numerous small aluminum tubes, where it is injected into the table leadscrew nuts, the saddle and knee ways,
the knee screw and elsewhere. The leadscrew nuts came with a healthy dollop of what appeared to be decent grease.
