There were also random pieces like this, a barely-readable reciept dated May of 1947 (note how the
reciept preprinted even the "4" of the year date) for a drafting set
and a 'Triangular Architect's Scale'.
And on a different page, was this string-and-tag price tag for that very same drafting set,
which cost $32.75, a fair sum in those days- equivalent to nearly $350
today
