Finished.
Welded, ground, sanded, and lightly buffed. I didn't want a "mirror" finish, as the original ball
sorta-kinda had, as that's not what's shown in the comic. So I gave the whole thing an even,
nondirectional (IE, swirly) 600-grit finish, which makes it shiny, without being glossy.
Though a "presentation grade" BH-209i would be really cool...
