Done and installed!
You can see how the recessed center of the pulley made it difficult to use
the stock drawbar nut, which had to have a wrench in from the side.
I can now use a socket wrench or similar tool with some offset, and I
won't bang my knuckles, scratch the paint, or just generally curse at it.
Eventually I made another copy of this in 7/16" for the factory tooling,
and a dedicated wrench to hang near the machine.
