While the pin is a firm press fit, it's into Delrin so it doesn't take a great
of force. I use the smooth jaws of my mill vise for this sort of thing.
The trick part of the little saddle jig is that when the pin is pressed flush with
the face, it is then at the exact correct length- no measuring, no guessing.
