Next, we need a pin.With the ram seated fully to the rear, it was a simple matter to measure
from the rear face of the breech opening, to the edge of the pin groove in the hammer.
The measurement here relied heavily on the Mk I, Mod 0 eyeball, but this is not a
terribly precision application- the pin could be several thou either way and not hurt a thing.
