The spy-comedy TV show
Chuck (College Hill Pictures, 2010) has one use of an authentic Cap-Chur tranquilizer dart gun.

In Season 3, Episode 6,
Chuck vs. The Nacho Sampler, Chuck (Zachary Levi) is seen using a chrome-plated Cap-Chur 1400C "Short Range Pistol Type Projector" tranquilizer dart gun, equipped with a Crosman "skeleton" style shoulder stock.

The Cap-Chur is based off the Crosman Model 150 pellet pistol, which was also the base for the very first paintball gun, the Nel-Spot 707.
