The movie Bulletproof Monk (Yun-Fat Chow, 2003) has a brief appearance of what is commonly mistaken for a paintball gun.

Bulletproof Monk
At one point in the movie, Nina (Victoria Smurfit) manages to shoot the Monk (Yun-Fat Chow) with a tranquilizer dart. The gun is commonly
thought to be a paintball marker, but the two distinctive cocking knobs reveal it as a Pneu Dart Model 179B dart pistol. The Pneu Dart is,
however, based off the basic chassis of a Sheridan pellet pistol, much like the Sheridan PGP and P-68.
